Returns, refunds, exchanges policy
We quality check all products before being shipped out so all sales are final except to change size.
Please note:
- We accept exchanges within 14 days of placing your order.
- Clothing must be unworn and being exchanged for a size up or size down only.
- Exchange orders ship with 5–10 day standard shipping*
- New order will be shipped once the exchange is delivered to us.
- Exchanges can only be made for sizes (not colors or different products)
- Hold onto your tracking #, we can’t look up your exchange without it.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
